GR-HR Precision Universal Joint Coupling
Structural Characteristics:
1. Single-section universal section with quick locking function (removable).
2. GR Type with block structure Nmax=1000min-1
3. HR Type with bearing structure Nmax=4000min-1
4. The maximum rotation angle for each section is 45 degrees.
5. The quick locking device (drawing d2) is available only for finished H7 tolerances holes or hexagonal holes.
Installation Note：
1. When installing a single cross axis universal coupling, the main and driven end angle speeds vary, the main and driven axes can not be kept in sync, and their out-of-syncity varies with the β angle.
2. To achieve the same angular speed and synchronous rotation, a double-cross-axis universal coupling should be installed or used by a combination of two single-cross-axis universal couplings and an intermediate shaft.
